I'm on step 4 of this blog: Once the Vendor that they have granted you the entitlement, you will log into your Developer Instance and navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All. On the page that comes up, type in the name of the application in the search bar to see the results and to install the application.
I'm unable to find the System Applications page in my developer portal. The only thing available is link to App Engine Studio. Does anyone have a pointer?
It looks like you hit the 'lets go' button on the application studio. Instead, in your instances home click the 'All' button at the top to bring down the Servicenow menu, and that's where you would locate the menu you are looking for.
I actually figured it out. I have to change my role to Admin. Not sure why it's not the default OOTB
