Where Can I Find the 'Updated by' Field in the SLA Timeline?

STUtils is a really wonderful extension. It's helped me figure out where certain fields are. But, unfortunately, STUtils doesn't seem to help me find this particular 'Updated by' field that's found on the SLA Timeline.

I know this 'Updated by' is different from the one listed in 'sc_task' and 'incident' tables.

I thought it might be in 'u_all_task_sla' I don't see the historical record of who updated a particular response SLA to be complete.

Can y'all help me find this field?

Hi @ForcedToBeIT ,

The SLA timeline shows what happened (like paused, resumed, completed), but not who made the change.

To find who updated it:
Option 1: Check Audit History
Open the SLA record (from the SLAs related list).

Click the menu icon (☰) in the top right.

Go to History > Audit History.

You'll see who changed what, and when.

Option 2: Ask Admin to Turn On Auditing
If you don’t see any update history:
Please turn on "auditing" for the SLA table.
Once it's on, ServiceNow will track all changes going forward — including who made them.

Mark it helpful if this helps you to understand. Accept solution if this give you the answer you're looking for
