Where does the Reply To email come from in the compose email popup?

In agent workspace when you click Compose Email, where does the Reply To address come from? I just noticed we had a typo in ours and I can't figure out where it's being set.

To my surprise it's not under Email Client>Email Client From Address because we don't have anything in this table.

Hello @e_wilber,

The following tables can be used to add/remove populate the To/CC fields:

Email Client Configuration = sys_email_client_configuration (This applies to the table directly without any conditions)

Email Client Template = sys_email_client_template (You can define a condition or not for this to apply on the table)

Attached image shows the configuration for the OOB Case table.
