Where is the ATF test step "Open a Page (SP)"?

The help text on the "Set Field Values (SP)" Test Step in the Automated Test Framework (ATF) states this:

In order to use this step you must have already opened a page using the "Open a Page (SP)" steps.

However, I cannot find any "Open a Page (SP)" step in the Add Test Step dialog window. Does anybody know where the "Open a Page (SP)" step is or how to use the "Set Field Values (SP)" test step?

Hi,

I am using Quebec version and unable to find that OOB step in Step Configurations table where all OOB steps are present

I found it. The Test Step is called "Open Service Portal Page", and it is documented here: Create a custom UI test (servicenow.com).
