Where is the source for info message "Template Applied" in Service Portal comes from?

As per subject I am trying to set the timeout when the template is being applied to a HR incident ticket in Service Portal.
I have set the system properties - glide.service-portal.notification_timeout.seconds to 5 seconds but somehow the info message stays on the page until I click the X button.
Am thinking of directly setting the timeout using setTimeout(function() but need help on where is the source of the info message "Template Applied" came from - Business Rule, UI Action, Script Include?
