Which integration is needed to import MS teams chats in ServiceNow incident's notes.

Hi @Chhavi Dixit By Enabling IT Service Management for M365 plugin, automatically import feature will be enabled on the incident. After the teams chat initiated and ended the conversation, you will get an option to import the chat.

But user is asking to import all the chat logs in notes section.
