while updating the RITM additional comment, group appproval is automatically triggered and createad a Task. It should not untill we approve the group approval.Please help me out.

what's the trigger for that?

Yes, there is a flow for the approval, but this issue is occuring randomly not always on every request.

Randomly means something is definitely leading to trigger that approval.

Please share complete flow steps screenshot and what debugging did you do

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Some after update BR on RITM might be triggering that approval when comments changes

But this issue is occuring in our dev and prod instacne not in test enviornment.
