While authentication if user is not available in ServiceNow then user needs to be created

For LDAP integration, if a user is not available in ServiceNow during authentication, the user needs to be created in ServiceNow. Is this possible? If yes, how can we achieve this? For example, when a person named ABC tries to log in for the first time on the development instance and enters their credentials, the user should be created.

The way you are looking for is not possible, you can use Self registration link and user can fill the form and in back end records will be get generated.

Hi @Dipu_9999,

 

Instead of recreating the user record again in ServiceNow dev instance, why don't you do the instance to instance to integration to sync up the user data if the LDAP sync is not enabled in ServiceNow dev instance.

 

Alternatively, enable LDAP sync in dev instance with a frequency of once/twice in a month. this will help you to have the data update to date in dev instance. 

 

Any specific reason for creating the user record only when they tries to login ?
