Hi @pratapvmware,

there's no support for PDIs not by Community fellows neither by any of the ServiceNow teams...

But what you can do is to login to the Developer Portal:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance

and there:

• click the "Start building" and it will get you in as admin
• click the gear icon and let the credentials to be emailed to you or reset them

PS: do NOT share your personal data more than you need to. In this case it's unnecessary, for your own good, anonymise the original post as it's publicly accessible forum and the data can be easily collected.

Next time oyu can refer to it as "personal email" or "test@email.org", the email value is not important to resolve this...

If you have issue, better reset your pDi. There is no support available for PDI so we can't help mate. Reset is only option left here
