Hey everyone,
I'm facing issue while submitting legal request on SP. can anyone please suggest what should I do to repair it?
As user criteria is met, required roles are also added to user and under "Available for" tab appropriate roles are associated, then also it's not allowing to submit a request to admin role user. and any additional ACL has not been added.

Hi @Sujay Sankpal ,
a)Have you checked using user criteria diagonstics to see whats happening,
b)i would remove the user criteria and check once just rule out the user criteria issue.
c) check any roles assigned on the catalog item
d)i woukd compare any other catalog item that you have access to check the difference.
Thank you,

Can you check if user is somehow part of user criteria which is added in "Not available for"..??
As user criteria from "Not available for" will take precedence over "Available for".
