Hi
Just to answer you in simple words all these are paid plugin and you cannot install on your personal developer instance, Try installing them in Paid Customer Instance. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

Hi Jessica Chavez
There was a similar post made on few days ago. It's been replied that not all plugin can be installed on PDI.

Lab Instance not launching
Hi,
I've been waiting for over half an hour for the Lab Instance to launch. I've tried two different machines and both seem to be stuck "Launching". I'm trying to access the "Review Data Collection Lab Objectives" module within the "Performance Analytics (PA) Fundamentals On Demand" course.
Please assist, I'm trying to get this course done during company time, but doesn't look great if I'm taking longer than the recommended 17 hours.
Plugins that can be installed in PDI are those able in Activate Plugin list.
- Go to "https://developer.servicenow.com"
- Click on the name icon at the top right hand of the page
- Click on "Activate Plugin"
