Why do we get "Registered" in the ITSM Voucher

Why do we get this ITSM was "Registered" in the voucher.

 

Can you please anyone help me on this.

Have you registered for the exam on webassessor??

If not, open a case with ServiceNow for more info > login to Nowlearning portal >help center> create case or link https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=csm_get_help&sys_id=116f409adbc22810f51b7d71ba961970
