Why does setting 'Visible on summaries' not work for variables in multi-row variable sets?

I'm working on a record producer used in our Service Portal.
onSubmit the Ticket form summary holds information from filled out variables - but not the variables in my multi-row variable set.

I've checked that the setting 'Visible on summaries' are set on all variables in the variable set.

What do I do wrong??

Kind regards,

Janne

It is not supported in Multi-row variable sets:

onSubmit catalog client scripts are not supported for a multi-row variable set.

A multi-row variable set is supported in the variable summarizer only in Service Portal.

Hi Willem.

Thank you for your reply.

I'm not running a script - my mistake using 'onSubmit' - I meant when activating Submit button.

The 2nd line you posted from documentation states, that multi-row variables will be shown in summary in Service Portal ticket form - but I experience, that it's not working!!

So I'm thinking that we might have to do some configuration on our Service Portal - but I wouldn't know witch.

Any suggestions??

Hi, The second line I quoted is not related to onsubmit: "A multi-row variable set is supported in the variable summarizer only in Service Portal."
