I'm working on a record producer used in our Service Portal.
onSubmit the Ticket form summary holds information from filled out variables - but not the variables in my multi-row variable set.
I've checked that the setting 'Visible on summaries' are set on all variables in the variable set.
What do I do wrong??

Hi Janne,
check this link talks that it is not possible and might come in later release
Multi Row Variable Set data is not displayed in the Ticket Fields widget

As mentioned in my previous reply MRVS is not supported on ticket page and possibly it might come in newer releases.

It is not supported now and an enhancement request is already created for this.
I would not recommend customizing this, as it might become available in the future. If you do want to customize, I would suggest creating a new Question in the community with that request.
If you open the Requested item in the form page, it should show:
yourinstance.service-now.com/sp?id=form&table=sc_req_item&sys_id=sys id of the item&view=sp
