Why don't i see any emails? Email notification

Hi,

I have created a 'Send Notification' action on Flow Designer, but I still don't see any email triggering on updating of Short Description on Incident table. Kindly help.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Seems you are checking in pdi and in pdi email smtp is not enabled. You can check the log for triggered notifications to make sure it is working.

 

in your client instance it will work, if not then check the email property and enable the outbound.
