Why flow For Each item is not reliable?

Why flow For Each item is not reliable?

I got a simple 'Lookup Records' to get task, then loop it.

The look up records is successfull and has return records, then the 'For each' does not  loop it.

i run the same data and its succesful.

Hi, 

it would be helpful if you could share the definition of your Lookup Records step. And also in the test results, so that we can see if really the same RITM has been selected and if there are any further conditions for the looked up records.

the data was the same. regardless the data, you can see at the 2nd screenshot the lookup return records but fail to loop.
