Why is the menu item I created not showing up in the header menu?

I created a new header menu and added menu items to it.
However, even if you look at the portal screen, the corresponding item is not displayed.
If anyone knows the cause and solution, please let me know.

Try to logout and then login again.

@Ro5 the page is empty, and make your you are on service portal and if your header is customised, then other necessary  changes need to be made in "SP Header Menu".

This time I am using a newly created header menu.
Also, I want to use scripts for menu items, so I'm making it a scripted list.
Does it mean that additional settings are required?
