Why is the menu item I created not showing up in the header menu?

I created a new header menu and added menu items to it.
However, even if you look at the portal screen, the corresponding item is not displayed.
If anyone knows the cause and solution, please let me know.

does you item have any condition? can you share the screenshot of portal, it should work.

Also try to copy "Additional options, JSON format" in you new menu from the OOB one.
