Why PRIORITY field is not available in Set Value Fields in Action Item : Mobile Agent App?

Hi Team,

I am trying to set "Priority" field in set value fields which I want to see on Edit incident screen on Now Mobile Agent app but surprisingly Priority field is not available for Incident table.

Where as I checked on Problem table and for Incident Task this Priority Field is available .

Please see the below screenshot for your reference

The priority field is not typically set by users on the Incident records. Priority is calculated based on the Impact and Urgency values. Once set on the Incident, the value should be propagated to the Problem and incident task for awareness.

Hi John,

I want Priority field to be available on "Edit Incident" form of Mobile Agent app. Where created Incidents are available along with the fields and there I want to map existing Priority Field along with the priority field created on Edit Incident action Item. But Priority field is not available in set field values. 

 When creating a new Problem record or HR Case , in Edit problem page or Edit HR Case Priority field is available over there. 

I am not getting why Priority is not available for Incident Table?
