Why push notifications are not getting triggered?

Is there any property that I need to check?

1. Check that your push notification is active

2. If the Push notification is fired from an event (send When = Event is fired) test it and ensure the event is appearing in the Event Log when you expect System Policy > Event Log 

3. If triggered by an event check in the Who will receive that you have Event parm 1 contains recipient or Event parm 2 contains recipient checked depending on your event format

4. Under the Users Profile check under the Notifications setting that the user in question has the Notification enabled for the channel

5. Double check the Conditions on your notification
