Widget to get interactions in a record

Hi everyone, I want to know if there is a ootb widget wich can save the interaction in a record like opening it or changing fields etc ... I know that there is one that gets the "additional comments" wich is the "ticket  conversations" I wanted somethink similar but instead of getting the comments it saves the interactions made on a record and display's them is there any way to do this ?

The additional comments is a journal entry field. The journal itself contains the interactions and they are filtered by type and displayed in the activity stream. The activity stream has a filter next to it so you can select what is displayed. So you can show field changes or hide emails etc
