Will my configurations be lost if i update Agent workspace

Hi Everyone,

i wanted to update my Configurable HR Agent Workspace, but i have configured and customized it as per our requirement, i wanted to know if those configurations and customizations be lost if i update it? would i be able to roll back that update if lost?
What are the precautions that i should take?

Hello @kartikey 

If you update any plugin... You cannot role back that plugin....

because installing/updating a plugin would change the meta files of the application....

If you face any issues post updating, you can revert back the updates you have made.... (In scripts, you can revert to previous versions)

 

Always update on the lower instance to make sure you get into no issues.
