Wiz Discovered Items for Cloud Resources staying Unmatched with IRE

We are seeing a high number of unmatched discovered items coming from the Wiz Integration for Configuration Compliance. These records are coming under Cloud asset category, but they are not getting linked to existing CIs.

Source: Wiz
State: Unmatched
Asset category: Cloud
Cloud service provider: Azure
Cloud region: Azure East US
Cloud resource type: Azure::Compute::Disks
CI Type from source payload: Microsoft.Compute/disks
Resource ID: 7c56cdc1-4e3d-59ab-a551-d0c541cd9311
targetObjectProviderUniqueId: 6da8a0c6-46ca-4052-83da-16ca4d51c8ae

We checked the Cloud Resource Types table and found that:

Microsoft.Compute/disks → Storage Volume [cmdb_ci_storage_volume]

So the resource type mapping exists.

However, the discovered item is still unmatched, and the Additional Information field shows the below IRE error:

Error while creating CI through IRE

Error: MISSING_MATCHING_ATTRIBUTES
Matching attributes from identify rule for table cmdb_ci_hardware are empty

We also reviewed the CI Lookup Rules for Wiz. The lookup rules are active,

The issue seems related to how the Wiz discovered item is being classified/identified through the lookup rule and IRE process.

Can someone help confirm

  1. Should we update the lookup rule, Cloud Resource Type mapping, or IRE identifier rule?
  2. Is this expected OOB behavior for Wiz Configuration Compliance integration?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
