Work notes are not being added in the work

Hi All,

 

The work notes section is not visible along with additional comments in the workspace. It is visible in the backend classic UI in the workspace view.

What can be issue that its not added here ?

is work notes field present in the workspace view of your table?

Any field level READ ACL is hiding it?

Any client script or UI policy is hiding it?

I have verified the ACLs, they look ok.

yes, work notes field is present in the workspace view of the table.

User can add new work notes.

 

but in the workspace, if I try to add work_notes from client script, thats working and can see under activity. But user cant add new work notes on the workspace record as the work notes section is not visible.

in workspace view in native it's showing work notes field?

How it behaves for admin?

Yes in the native view, the work notes section is visible.

I am telling as an admin only.
