Work notes field yellow/gold in SOW before saving

Hi,

 

Im trying to make the work notes field yellow/gold before a ticket is saved in SOW.

i check some of the system properties which are all set to gold, and in classic UI it works fine already but now in SOW.

 

Any ideas ?

Solution Proposed:
This is expected out of the box behaviour and a colour is not set in workspace only in the native ui.

This is expected behavior in Service Operations Workspace. Journal input fields receive their configured background styling only when they are created providing clear demarcation. There is no out-of-the-box capability to display the configured background color before the field is focused.

Before you click in the journal field: the input box has the default (white) background.
When you click/type in the field: it changes to the configured color (e.g., yellow for Work notes, purple/blue for Additional comments).
After posting: the activity tile is colored according to the workspace configuration.

recently some members did post question for this but those properties don't work for Workspace

better to raise a case with ServiceNow

yeah i tried all those things and nothing works for SOW, so a case is probably the right choice
