When you click Book Appointment on a Work Order, you get to choose one date and time. For this particular use case, when a Work Order is created we will create 12 appointments at the same time (medical appointments).
Is there a way to allow multiple appointments to be scheduled?

One way to do this is by using the Schedule Multiple Appointments functionality in ServiceNow. This functionality allows you to create multiple appointments for a single work order at the same time.
To use this functionality, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Work Order for which you want to schedule multiple appointments.
- Click on the Schedule Multiple Appointments button.
- In the Schedule Multiple Appointments dialog box, select the number of appointments you want to create and the duration of each appointment.
- Choose the starting date and time for the appointments.
- Click the Create Appointments button to create the appointments.
Once the appointments are created, they will appear on the schedule for the selected date and time. You can then assign each appointment to the appropriate provider or resource as needed.

@aaron_anderson Did you ever find a solution to your issue as described?
@Syedmd08 I don't seem to have the Schedule Multiple Appointments UI action available to me. Could you give some indication of how this can be activated.
