Workday Spoke , Updating 'Sys_User' table records of First Name & Middle Name field

After installing HR Workday integration (‘Workday HR Spoke’) plugin and creating flow designer to update record's in 'HR CORE Profile ' table based on updates from Workday instance . This is what expected behavior of ''workday spoke' to insert record's in 'sn_hr_workday_hr_profile_staging' table and mapping to 'sn_hr_core_profile' table.
As part of our testing made few changes to 'First Legal Name , Middle Legal Name' in workday ,In this case we have noticed that 'sn_hr_core-profile' record updated as expected ,but 'sys_user' table record also updated to fields ' First Name , Middle Name' for same user.
This is not expected behavior because 'Look up Workers ' action is going to update only hr profile table data.
Could any one help me on this.

Hello Rajesh,
This is expected behavior out of box. There are a few business rules that sync the HR profile and sys_user record. You can choose to either disable the sync, or modify the exclusion list for specified fields.
