Workflow is not triggering and triggering to unwanted workflow. - bit urgent

Hi Team,

 

Created workflow to autopopulate assignment group and tasks, but while raising request, it is not triggering to correct workflow and triggering to default Workflow.

 

The issue is while raising a request, it should assign to XYZ assignment group, but because of triggering to default workflow, first it is assigning to ABC assignment group, then in fractions of seconds, it is assigning to correct Assignment group.  This fields changes are we can see in the Journal in Request.

 

Could you please provided your suggestions to fix this issue?

Before it was added after Run script, while checking the issue, just removed and tried, but still it is not working

Please check "Process engine" of Catalog item, have you populated the correct workflow or not, please refer screen shot for your reference. If you configured this and still not working, please let me know.

Yes, i have attached the correct workflow in the Workflow field.

@GD00609570 check the trigger conditions and eventually review Assignment rules, perhaps it is assigned from there

You need to check for Assignment rules causing this issue as Assignment rule will override workflow if conditions are met.
