Hi All,

 

Problem: 

During an upgrade there is manual intervention needed when changing the state on a record from 'Scheduled' to 'Implement'

The change outside of the upgrade is automated, but it only pauses during an upgrade, please see attached image which shows the workflow. I have highlighted where the issue is happening. 

Currently it uses sys_trigger to move them on in the old workflow style and they get paused when system is upgrading.workflow.pngI need a way to automate the workflow nudge.
