Good afternoon,
We are using the LOCATION MAPS page that is part of the Workplace package. Even for users that have been added to the map, and we can see their name when zoomed in on the map, if we use the search option, we get this error-
The location is set, the person is assigned a space, and we can see that person at that space when zooming the map in. What are we missing that we are getting the pink error banner when searching for that same person?

Hi Jlaps,
I came across the same issue when I tested as a non-admin user. It seems that the user will encounter this error when accessing the location directory page without an active reservation (during their booking time) and without a manual desk assignment.
To avoid this error:
- Ensure the user has an active desk reservation and is within their booking time.
- If the user has a primary location set in their Workplace Profile ('Workplace Core' > 'Administration' > 'Workplace profiles'), the error should not appear. Note: The 'Primary Workplace location' field in the workplace profile is read-only. To set a primary workspace, follow these steps:
- Go to 'Workplace Core' > 'Space Administration' > 'Spaces'.
- Select the space and access the 'Workplace Profile Location Assignments' related list.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
