Workspace Global Search Results Not Displaying as Expected in Customized Workspaces with Incorrect Config Data. Whenever i'm searching the ticket in my custom workspace those are not triggering in the tab in the same workspace. i have checked almost everything.. can anyone suggest is there anything needs to configure or anyone else are facing this issue.

Can you explain how you created your customized workspace? If it was done through App Engine Studio, then during the creation of custom tables, a Search Application configuration is automatically generated, if not you need to create Manually. You’ll need to configure the Search Application and its Search Indexes to resolve this. For reference, you can look at the existing Search Application setup used in the Service Operations Workspace.
