Workspace issue - Agent did not receive chat offer on the screen/workspace

An agent reported that they did not receive any chat offers on their screen/workspace for a while. According to the offer details, three chats were offered to this agent, but they timed out.
Another agent had reported the same issue a few weeks ago. Has anybody else experienced this? The agent started to receive chat offers on their screen again after those three missed chats. The problem wasn't reproducible in the test environment, suggesting a potential session or workspace-specific glitch.
