Workspace pop up message

Hello, 

I need to update my workspace pop-up message with "Extension Request Submitted". I have made the necessary alterations to my workspace UI page, but I am still not receiving the output. Please help me with the changes I need to make.

Can you please explain what is the goal?

You shared the configurations and the output, but it is not clear what is the issue..
