Workspace Record Navigation Bar Vanished

Hi,

I was in the process of making edits to my workspace in UI Builder and App Engine. When I visited my landing page in the dev environment, I noticed my record navigation bar was gone. 

I could no longer jump between records or quickly create a new one. Is there a way to add this navigation bar back to my workspace?

My Custom Workspace View

My space used to have a "+" symbol and I could jump between records. It is now gone.

OOB View

This is the view of another workspace. It still has the navigation bar at the top with recent records populating the top.

I went and viewed: 

sys_ux_page_property.list

sys_ux_app_route.list

Everything appeared normal. It was listed in JSON format still and had the correct items within it. 

Any possibilities on how I can bring the nav bar back?

@jordanbarry Just a lazy shot:

• click your profile in the top right corner 
• select preferences 
• display
• Always show top navigation menu: mark true

let me know if you see any difference

I was able to fix the issue. Since everything else was correct, I believe something was just broken with the visual. I impersonated a few random users. When I went back to my view, it was fixed.
