Hi Tanumoy,
Can you go to the user preferences and check for name as "table.wrap". Make sure that value should be true.
NOTE:Also if the user field is populated as blank..this change will be global

Hi,
We have 3 records. of 2 has User field populated with different users and one has the user field blank.
and what does "System" indicate here ???

System means:
The value is set and updated by ServiceNow. Administrators should not modify these records.

This is the same thing what we are doing from the List View by checking "Wrap Column Text".
But as I mentioned earlier, it is not working.
