Wrap of Column Text in List View is not working

In one of my environment Wrap of Column Test in List view is not working but in the other environments it is working.

I have tried the "Wrap Column Text" check-box but it is not working.

Can you clear the cache of the instance and check if it gets resolved.

The cache of the instance has been cleared but issue is still there...

Do you want this changes to be global.

In that case can you delete the two records with user field being populated and check the outcome. Please try this on dev environment only.
