Wrap of Column Text in List View is not working

In one of my environment Wrap of Column Test in List view is not working but in the other environments it is working.

I have tried the "Wrap Column Text" check-box but it is not working.

I know this is a really old issue, but in case anyone sees this issue and needs a solution (like I did) -- check to make sure there isn't a URL in the "wide" field in question. We saw a similar issue with the Title field for the TASK table, but only for a user with a CTASK in their queue where the Title was a URL. Once we changed the Title to a normal text string, it resolved the issue.
