Why Im getting 101 matching conditions and not only one? What am I doing wrong?

@Sandeep Rajput for now i just trying the first acl without the scripting but it still not working when I impersonate a user that he is the manager of the group.
After Impersonation (still cant see the 'Edit' Button):

@Alon Grod The screenshot you posted shows the related list of Roles table, did you check the second tab group member tab it should have the edit button.

@Alon Grod Try opening a record in the Group Member related list in a separate tab, and check if you see an Update button on the form with fields editable, if yes, then the ACL is working if not then the ACL might be failing.
