Xanadu patch 1 on PDI

I try to upgrade mt PDI to Xanadu Patch 1 however it starts to upgrade but it does not upgrade.

I can keep upgrading but it does not patch the PDI (still reports Xanadu version 0)

@Community Alums Unfortunately, there is very limited you could do apart from trying to upgrade after some time. There is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow's side. Alternately, you can request for a new instance which may already be upgraded on the latest patch.

I tried the same but new instance i got for patch 0 and not able to upgrade to Patch 1.

Hi @Community Alums ,

Even i was facing that issue. I couldn't upgrade the PDI to patch 1.

I believe it is general issue. I've tried on several PDIs running Xanadu Patch 0, no luck upgrading to Patch 1...
