Hi All,
I recently upgraded my instance from Vancouver to Xanadu. Since then, I’ve been encountering the following message when logging in.
However, after removing the highlighted part from the URL, I’m able to log in successfully.
Could anyone please help me understand if this issue is due to the upgrade, or if there might be another underlying cause and how can I fix this?

Hi @MdAnwarAhmed ,
After an upgrade, the URL structure may change due to new features or enhancements. Ensure that the URL you are trying to access is correct according to the new version's documentation.
Clear Cache (cache.do)
And maybe the sys_id is not existing anymore or change in role restriction.
Review the release notes for the Xanadu version to see if any features or functionalities you were using have been deprecated or changed.
Try logging in using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window to rule out browser-specific issues.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, consider reaching out to ServiceNow Support. Provide them with details about the problem, including any error messages and the steps you've taken to troubleshoot.
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
