Zendesk -ServiceNow integration

Hi Guys,

Please help, I want to integrate servicenow and zendesk. The only important field is Reference ID and hopefully using Oauth authentication.

To integrate Snow and Zendesk, with a focus for Reference ID and Oauth authentication, it is hard not to recommend Exalate..

It will do it both, and since it is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over, you also have a lot of security advantages.

Hi @Flooz  ! You can connect Zendesk to ServiceNow with Unito. It turns tickets into records and records into tickets, then keeps both in sync with real-time 2-way updates. And you can do it with OAuth 2! It's relatively easy to set up compared to most integration solutions. Good luck!
