Hey community, I'm facing issues with accessing Zero Trust. Would appreaciate debug tips

This is after you installed Zero Trust Access product or any specific plugin on your instance?

Yes, three plugins are installed

Hi @MaanasK 

 

In this case, there are two things to check:

  • First, the client has the entitlement for this. Please verify it in the portal.

  • If the issue still persists, please provide your ServiceNow account details in an email thread for review.
