this is something i got from chatgpt, as i dont have Now support acess
- Login to Now Support: Access support.servicenow.com.
- Navigate to Subscription Management: Go to the Production instance, navigate to the Subscription Management module, and click on Subscriptions.
- View Subscription Applications: Open the specific subscription record and check the "Subscription Applications" tab to verify entitlement for specific plugins or products.
- Check Plugin Status: Review the related plugins tab to see if a product is active or needs activation.
- Custom App Entitlements: Users with the
customer_adminrole can view custom app entitlements via the My App repository dropdown in the profile menu on the SPP Support Portal.
Else you can log a now support case as well

Entitlements are on ServiceNow Support/Store portal and not on your instance.
But this step is before installing the plugin. If it allowed you to install the plugin the entitlement is already taken care of. Did you try elevating your access and then give it a try?
