We are running our Business Continuity business impact analysis (BIA) process against APM, so that our BIA can educate the company how applications are being consumed.  Not just from a continuity perspective, but also from value creation perspective. 

With the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model in place, we plan to orchestrate out of ServiceNow the VPGs in Zerto so that we can drive priority of recovery

Our goal is to have dynamic BIA that can maintain recovery aligned, so that we can adjust our recovery priorities around business seasonality and conditions in the environment. 

This dynamic nature of the BIA will allow us to also capture people, process, technology impact on Capability and adjust risk for ITSM processes. This real-time situational awareness will also allow us to scale up incidents into DR while having full situational awareness of our readiness.

It would be great if Zerto had a spoke for integration...

Knowing what configuration items are properly configured and replicating to a DR environment helps clearly communicate the BCDR posture for the organization.  Having timely updates to the CMDB with this information is useful for several members in different lines of business.

This is a good topic, but, there seems to be very little development that I can find on Zerto integration with ServiceNow CMDB.  I hope this thread can help facilitate that knowledge sharing.
