Question 1:

Very helpful. I like the lifestreams.

Question 2:

Videos/demos and technical blogs with practical examples would be the most helpful format for learning and implementation.

Hi,

1. What helps with understanding is the new format. With TechNow, the elements were quickly covered, whereas here, the combination of visualization and explanations makes it much more enjoyable and provides a better approach to new features. This new version demonstrates your attentiveness to customer feedback, both through the new format and the new features (especially the UX).

2. Personally, I would be interested in more details about the new features, still in video format or through Learning modules. I find that nothing is more helpful for learning than practicing.
I would like more content on Flows and Ops topics, which, in my opinion, will be the most difficult to grasp—again in video format and with hands-on use cases.
An additional point I would like to see addressed is a strategy for transitioning from the old way to a version that incorporates AI, a practical "how-to".

Thank you and have a nice day ðŸ˜Š

Hello @laurenmcman ,
Here are my answers to your questions

Question 1: How helpful was the Developer Passport in understanding what's coming for builders and developers in the Australia release, and how to use said enhancements? Please share any additional feedback you have about this new format for release content

Answer: The Developer Passport was very effective in providing early insight into what’s coming in the Australia release for builders and developers, particularly across Playbooks, Flows, Experience, ReleaseOps, and Studio & Build Agent. The sessions clearly explained not just the new features, but their purpose, design intent, and practical application, making it easier to assess impact and plan adoption.

The product‑specific livestream format worked especially well. It was more engaging than static release notes and enabled deeper technical dives through demos and walkthroughs led by the teams who built the features. Overall, this approach made the release content more accessible, actionable, and valuable for developers looking to adopt new capabilities with confidence. The only suggestion for these live sessions is that it should come with Transcript so that it is more accessible to larger audience.

Question 2: Which developer products would you most like to see additional content about in the weeks following the Developer Passport? Do you prefer any specific medium (e.g. blogs, videos, PDFs, etc.)?

Answer: I’d like to see follow-up content focused on platform extensibility, Flow Designer and automation enhancements, AI-assisted development, and integration frameworks. From a developer and partner perspective, implementation-focused blogs, recorded technical demos, and concise reference PDFs (patterns, best practices, and limitations) would be the most useful for accelerating adoption and guiding solution design.

Here is my thoughts and POV:

Answer 1: The Developer Passport was genuinely insightful, it did more than just online upcoming features, it helped connect the why nehind the enhancement with practical use cases. Hearing directly from the builders added a layer of authenticity that typical release notes often lack. The livestream fomat made complex updates easirer to digest, especially when paried with real-world contect and demostrations.

One suggestion would be to compliment these sessions with quick reference summaries or "developer cheat sheets" for those who want to revisit key takeways without watching the full recording again.

Overall, this format feels like a strong step toward making release content more engaging and developer-friendly.

Answer 2: Love to see more content around Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and the newer AI-driven capabilities in the coming weeks. These areas are really exciting, and additional insights—especially through practical use cases—would make them even more impactful for developers.

In terms of format, I really enjoy a mix of learning styles. Short videos are great for quick understanding, while detailed blogs help with deeper learning and step-by-step guidance.

Having downloadable cheat sheets or PDFs as a quick reference would also be a nice addition.

Overall, a combination of concept explanations, demos, and hands-on examples would be perfect, it makes it much easier to understand and apply these features effectively in real projects.

Question 2:
I’d love to see more content around Flows, Experiences, and ServiceNow Studio in the coming weeks. Deep-dive tutorials and real-world use cases would be especially valuable. I prefer a mix of short videos and concise blog posts, as they make it easy to learn quickly and revisit key concepts when needed.

This format is amazing. It truly enables a deep dive into specific topics through dedicated sessions. Hearing directly from the product owners makes a huge difference, as it provides clear demonstrations and real context on what’s coming next.

I love learning through videos followed by written notes. Videos help in understanding the features better, especially how they can be configured in real scenarios. Notes, on the other hand, are handy for quick reference and easy to revisit anytime. I am especially looking forward to more content around Flow Designer.

Answer 1:

Developer passport was really helpful in condensing the topics to the 30-45mins and getting straight into the platform - there are too many slideware based presentations about. At the moment, I am focusing mostly on AI Agents, Agent Studio and AI Control Tower governance capabilities.

Answer 2:

I like real world implementation examples, and short technical walkthroughs. Finding use cases to build demo packages is always a struggle, moving away from IT cases is where the community could help out and also perhaps get value feedback themselves.
