DevOps Change Velocity Lab Guide
Check out our recently updated lab guide to learn the foundational concepts needed to implement our DevOps Change Velocity product. Using the Parts Unlimited application as an example, this guide walks you through the end-to-end implementation process, starting with integrating tools all the way to enabling automated change approval.
Topics covered:
- In this lab we start with an existing Azure DevOps project with work items, git repositories, and pipelines
- We connect ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity to Azure DevOps using credentials from a personal access token
- We onboard the PartsUnlimited application to DevOps Change Velocity and associate a plan, repo, and pipeline
- We augment this pipeline to automatically create a change record
- We update the Change Approval Policies to enable automated change approval

We're in the section of the lab after creating an application and associating it with pipelines, repositories, and plans in Azure DevOps. We see the work items and the pipeline runs for the Parts Unlimited application, but no artifacts or test results are coming back. This error is captured in the logs in ServiceNow - wondering if it is related and how we fix it.
