Calling all managers in DevOps, Infrastructure, IT Operations and Application Development! We are pleased to extend the invitation to participate in a unique research opportunity!
Efforts are underway among our product teams to understand how you manage and support your team. As part of this work, we want to understand how managers of teams are directing work to their employees (e.g. assigning work to employees that match skills and knowledge, performance and evaluation of individuals and teams, understanding capacity to take on work, etc.). If you are a manager and are responsible for supervising the career of your team in your organization, we want to speak with you!
Our learnings will be shared directly with our Product teams and will influence future strategy.
Sessions will run between now and the end of November. Participation involves one 60-minute interview with our lead researcher. As a token of our appreciation, we'd like to provide you with an incentive for participating, if permissible by your organization's policies.
