I'm looking for a solution in ServiceNow where approvers can add comments to request items without requiring an ITIL license on ESC portal. Currently, I've granted the 'sn_request_write' role, and it seems to be working, but I'm curious if this counts as a license. Are there any alternative approaches or ideas to achieve this without the need for an ITIL license?
