We have a setup were we exchange data between a Request form that have several task such as Assess, Build, UAT and Deploy. There is a flow that defines the action between ADO pending on task progress or ADO Story status. The exchange is done using a tool from ServiceNow - Automize A/S that to my understanding is the same as Azure Automation.
There is a runbook in Azure that is used to exchange the data between Servicenow and specific ADO area paths.
Since the support of the runbook isn't in the Servicenow team, we are looking into if any on the Spokes for ADO that can replace the Automize setup, so the Servicenow team can manage the integration by them self.
