Azure DevOps produces an error and failing to create a change ticket

Dear All,

I'm trying to enable DevOps Pipeline activity with the help of 'DevOps Change Velocity'. I enabled the Plugin and completed the configuration from ADO and ServiceNow. When I run the Pipeline from ADO, getting a below error and showing as Missing Property. Can you experienced the same issue. If yes, how you resolved the issue. Please advice.
